Support the development, review, and standardization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
Observe production operations to understand actual working methods and process steps.
Draft and format SOPs, WIs, and process documentation based on guidance from Process Engineers.
Collect process data, photos, and operational details to support documentation.
Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and engineers to verify the accuracy of procedures.
Support the implementation of process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Final-year student or recent graduate in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, video making for documentation.
Basic understanding of process flow, standard work, or quality systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, structured and logical thinking.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Good English
Able to complete 3 month-internship time.
Able to provide recommendation letter from university.
