• Define marketing strategies that are consistent with target consumer and overall marketing strategy
  - Ensure correct brand positioning of product line to be consistent with brand platform
  - Make accurate assessments and projections of competitor's strengths and weaknesses in the target market including
  market presence, tactics, merchandising and trends.
  - Manage product and category life cycles from conception through sales and distribution
  - Ensure a balanced, effective product assortment that meets revenue and margin targets
  - Lead & coordinate interior design/construction/materials vendors and Regional Headquarters (RHQ) team to achieve
  best quality for flagship showrooms/dealer shops/campaign launching.
  - Coordinate with Brand Manager to produce printing materials, poster, bill boards and other BTLs (below the line).
  - Coordinate with Manager in launching campaigns and product display at events.
  - Cooperate with RHQ to issue monthly/quarterly E-newsletters regarding to product information / marketing
  campaign.
  - Liaise with RHQ to solve product related issues for sale sale teams/distributors/retailers

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing (having background in Technical field and having knowledge about Marketing is an advantage) - Having deep knowledge about Marketing and Technical - At least 2 years of experience in Product marketing job (in Fitting Product category is an advantage) - Strong written communication skills of English (TOEIC > 700 or equivalent) - Positive thinking, team work experience - Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task - Strong experience in negotiation and coordination skills
