Reporting to Business Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing local procurement activities as a needed by the Business Unit.

Detail Job Description
- Meet service standard establish by Procurement & Supply Chain Department
- Collect all purchasing request from Business Unit;
- Complete understanding all the items before buying it;
- Search for suppliers,goods source and analyzing the best price of product.
- Place orders with approved suppliers;
- Make plans in line with forecast and par levels;
- Follow up & control buying process.
- Support customs clearance for import, export shipment (when applicable);
- Co-ordinate with accounting dept in completing transaction
- Maintain Procurement database
- Support other department when have requirement;
- Report directly to Business Procurement Manager.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Time management
- Good soft skills: communicate, negotiate, analyze, organize
- Able to work under pressure
- Articulate and good written communicate skill
- Fluent in speaking and writing for both Vietnam & English
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP.
