Mô tả công việc
- Manage purchasing activities for direct materials, electronic components, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, and tooling based on business requirements.
- Analyze demand, inventory levels, and procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply for operations and production.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate directly with customers when required.
- Support supply chain risk management and business continuity initiatives.
- Prepare procurement reports, purchasing analyses, and KPI reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.

- Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Experience purchasing direct materials, electronic components, equipment, spare parts, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
- Skills
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
