Process Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Dau Giay

JOB SUMMARY

• Be responsibility for Production Line Troubleshooting.
• Be responsible for Efficiency Improvement.
• Building the Line Standard and Auditing production compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Work with relevant departments for production line troubleshooting (material, man, machine, method). - Process Efficiency & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
• Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
• Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
• IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
• Line audit, Gemba Walk.
• Making the Weekly report for all issue and actions related to IPQC/OQC.
• Support ME (Manufacturing Engineering) team for running NPD project if needed.
• Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team for reviewing the method or WI if need

• Education:  University, Major in Mechanical, Electric-Electronic,  Machine Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial related.
• Good communication skill in English

Experience

• At least 2 years working experience in electronics manufacturing companies, experience in troubleshooting, Root cause analysis.
• Process or Production Engineering Field is an advance

Knowledge

• Good at PFMEA, VSM
• DOE is a plus
• Troubleshooting Tools
