Overseeing printing process: You will be responsible for supervising the printing process, which includes preparing printing equipment, setting up print parameters, and ensuring that the printing process is carried out according to quality standards.
Managing printing team: You will need to manage a team of printing operators and assistants, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet production targets and quality standards.
Ensuring quality control: You will need to ensure that the printing process meets quality control standards, checking for defects or errors, and making adjustments as necessary.
Maintaining equipment: You will be responsible for ensuring that printing equipment is maintained properly, performing routine maintenance checks and repairs, and reporting any malfunctions to maintenance staff.
Keeping records: You will need to maintain accurate records of production output, printing parameters, and quality control measures, ensuring that all data is stored safely and securely.
Training and development: You will be responsible for providing training and development opportunities to your team members, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge, and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
Ensuring safety: You will need to ensure that all printing activities are carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and addressing any potential hazards, and promoting a safe working environment for all staff.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Have experience in printing process of PU/PVC synthetic leather production
3 years’ experience in the same position
Can communicate in English
Have ability to check color in lightbox and adjust color in production line
Training skills to train the new and old workers to work in the most efficient way
Have ability to manage workers to improve the efficiency
Have skill to solve the problem thoroughly
Be responsible at work
