Pricing Controller (Retail) - Business Development, Shopee

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to efficiently collect, clean, and store data in relational databases.
• Ensure high-performance querying and optimize processing costs for sustainable data management practices.
• Collaborate with retail operation teams to understand business requirements and translate them into quantifiable metrics.
• Develop and automate calculation logic for key metrics on a monthly and daily basis to provide timely insights.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to visualize business metrics effectively.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible and actionable manner for stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support various business operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Generate insights that drive operational excellence and inform strategic decision-making./ 
• Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
