Preventive Maintenance Planner

- Develop and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master Plan for production equipment, utilities and facility assets.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, SOPs, checklists and standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance KPIs; identify improvement opportunities and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts, tools and maintenance resources to ensure availability for planned maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and analyze data to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, QA and other functions to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.
- Support equipment commissioning, handover and maintenance readiness for new machinery and facility systems.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning, maintenance coordination or equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, TPM and Equipment Reliability.
- Experience in developing maintenance schedules, procedures and performance reports.
- Good understanding of spare parts and maintenance inventory management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience with Power BI / Power Apps is an advantage.
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
