Repair Maintenance Technician (Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì)

• 1. Coordinate assigned PM tasks with manufacturing to minimize machine downtime while maintaining a minimum of 90% OTD.
• 1.1 Daily responsibility include sustaining the intended function of all production tooling and machine by taking recovery actions to debug, repair and implement corrective remedy. And perform timely periodic maintenance.
• 1.2 To perform and report status of PM for tooling and machines according to guideline document.
• 1.3 Ensure all tooling and machines are up to date states for ISO reference or audit.
• 2. Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering on projects related to equipment and/or equipment upgrades.
• 2.1 To co-ordinate and update status of tooling & machine repair and improvement upgrade.
• 2.2 Identify, recommend, and implement improvements activities for tooling and machines
• 2.3 To liaise with other Symtec’s facilities on the transfer of tooling & machine including product and new
• projects that were transferred to Samtec Vietnam.
• 3. Occasionally perform light machining and basic electrical control repairs .
• 3.1 Where & when required, perform simple milling and grinding tasks per approved tooling ECN.
• 3.2 Other relevant tooling and machines function as requested by Management.
• 4. Utilize Solution Center Tools Level 1 to communicate manufacturing issues that cannot be resolved on the production floor.
• To support Solution Centre in troubleshooting tasks for production tooling or machine failure
• 5. Assemble and debug new tooling.
• To perform setup and conversion on production equipment and tooling to meet product specification
• stated in the drawing (print) and according to the guideline document.
• 6. Troubleshoot and maintain current tooling.
• 7. Order and maintain purchased tooling, replacement tools and additional capacity.
• 7.1 To maintain inventory of production tooling & machines including those outside factory premises which
• are under Samtec Vietnam account. Example, equipment is sending for external calibration or repair.
• 7.2 Maintain and replenish inventory of spare parts for tooling and machine.

Requirement

• 1. Above 2 years experience in a Technical or Manufacturing environment as automation maintenance or equipment technician.
• 2. Experience in Mechanical-Electrical-Automation troubleshooting.
• 3. PLC understanding and familiarity to make program changes as directed.
• 4. Basic English communication.

• At least College degree about Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Manufacturing Engineering.
• 6. Ability to work 3 shifts (shift 1: 6am-2pm; shift 2: 2pm-10pm, shift 3: 10pm-6am), rotate shift every week.
