Job description

• Making Feasibility Study for potential projects based on provided data and information
• Preparing comprehensive cash flow model for on-going projects
• Doing survey & market research for VN real estate market
• Preparing research report (Investment Teaser/FS) and other reports for investment
• Regular inputting and updating factors of Feasibility Study
• Other tasks assigned by superior

Skills requirement(s): 

Degree: Bachelor of Economics, preferably in Finance or Real Estate

Experience and skills:

• Fresh graduates and junior profiles (under 2 years of experience) are welcomed
• Great interest in real estate is a PLUS
• Knowledge of cash flow model, feasibility study
• Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication in English
