Planning, Analysis & Performance Management Senior Associate (GFSA)

Get to know the Role:

• Analyze performance of all programs, including take up rates, processes, and repayment behavior, and recommend solutions & next steps
• Run NPS surveys or other surveys to understand our target segment better
• Work with regional data team to execute on more complex analysis of participants on various programs, e.g. productivity, churn rates
• Assist in designing better processes based on insights derived from analysis
• Prepare presentation decks for both internal & external consumption
• Benchmark GrabFinance performance relative to competition; suggest action plans based on key findings

The must haves:

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business 2-3 years experience with a top tier consulting firm / business planning and strategy role in a corporate ( financial services preferably )
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large datasets
• Self-motivated and independent learner who is willing to share knowledge within the team
• Detail-oriented and efficient time manager who thrives in a dynamic working environment
• Experience in running data analysis projects
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
