Personal Assistant

• Your duties include but are not limited to:

1.     Receive the call list and call clients;

• 2.     Forward the calls to the Salesman; Sales Director
• 3.     Take note and report successful calls to General Manager;
• 4.     Other admin tasks related to documentation;
• 5.     Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned;
• 6.     Help Managing Director to manage the time – the Managing Director will tell what to do and you will tell others and follow it up;

7.     Keep Managing Director desk uncluttered;

• 8.     Answer phones, take and follow up on messages;

9.     Lead distribution;

10.  Liaise with salesman on Telegram;

• 11.  Filing. Keep documents the Managing Director need and keep them in a file and or in folders on the computers;
• 12.  Investigate and solve new and existing customers’ problems, communicate courteously with foreign customers by phone/emails;
• 13.  Answer/write emails and respond to customer requests; ensure highly qualified customer service to clients;
• 14.  Follow up and update customer status, customer information;
• 15.  Fill and track documents/folders/database in soft and hard copy;
• 16.  Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and requested
• Working hour: 40 hours/week, from 10 am to 6.00pm, Monday - Friday

• 10. Must know how to use NotebookLm, Claude, Grok, Gemini all the Ai platforms, prefer able how how to make Gemini Gems and Ai agents.
