Paralegal

1. Contract & documentary management:

• To work closely with other teammembers (if any) as well as to coordinate with all other departments in the Company as required.
• To draft, review, revise, do proofreading for legal opinions, contracts, correspondences and other documents for the Company under supervision of the General Counsel;
• To conduct corporate document filings

2. Compliance task:

• To conduct legal research and analysis of legal information and documents as instructed by the General Counsel;
• To coordinate with other relevant departments in the company for collection and/or verification of information as required;
• To assist with monitoring the compliance tools and investigation on compliance cases under the reporting tool of the Company;
• To assist with monitoring the company system of licenses and/or permits for prompt update/amendment/renewal;
• To assist with managing performance, work progress of and billing from external counsels;
• To assist with monitoring litigation cases;

3. Asisstant:

• To assist the General Counsel with company secretarial works;

• Educational level: Bachelor degree (prefer Law University, English Linguistic)
• Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position (preferably first experience or at least 2 years with a professional law firm)
• Language: good command of English (preferably knowledge of legal terms), excellent professional Vietnamese;
• Ability to learn quickly about many different programs/projects and to follow up many different tasks;
• Ability to adapt quickly;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team and with tight deadlines;
• Eagerness to learn;
• Good English & Vietnamses communication skills
• Analytical, flexible, hard-working, efficient, dynamic, ambitious, detail-oriented personalities.
