Position:  Japanese Speaking - Paralegal - Law firm

Responsibility

• Work as Paralegal in Japanese Law firm
• Draft basic legal documents, legal memorandums, contracts and agreements for clients
• Summarize legal documents
• Perform legal research
• Filing and follow-up of business documents, etc.
• Gather legal updates
• Follow and implement instructions of senior lawyers and partners
• Working location: D1, HCMC

Requirements 

・Qualification: Bachelor’s degree of law college

・Gender: Female

・Age: until 25 (prefer)

・Language Skills: English Business level

• Japanese Business level*more than N2

• ・Having experience as paralegal (including as intern)

• ・Having good documentation skill

• ・Good PC skill in MS

• ・Good understanding of laws firm work

• ・Self-motivated, proactive, cooperative, and able to work as a team

• Experience of working in foreign law firm
• Experience in secretary or assistant for foreign manager
