JOB DESCRIPTION:

PLANNING:

• Reconcilating all sales forecast, stock plan, sales orders, material demands. Inventory plan, purchasing requests from related departments.
• Making material plan.
• Monitoring and controlling delivery plan to make sure meet deadline.
• Notice and update with related departments on delivery plan.
• Controlling material plan with actual.

SOURCING

• Make transactions, search for suppliers
• Negotiating on price, time and conditions, quality requirements and on-time delivery
• Implement the process of purchasing goods, tracking and clearance of goods
• Make payment records and procedures for suppliers according to the purchase process and related processes.
• Cordinating and preparing export document for customs clearance team and for clients (packing list, invoice, CQ).

COSTING

• Getting costing request
• Cordinating &collecting information to cost
• Sourcing and cordinating with purchasing officer for new materials/
• Caculating and having landing cost
• Controlling planned landing cost with actual.

REQUIRES:

• Background: , International trade, logistic, mechanical, Accounting.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years
• International or domestic purchasing experience  a plus.
• Prefer candidate with manufacturing purchasing experience, technical knowledge and BOM.
• English fluently.
