Operations Supervisor (Đồng Nai)

• Job Summary:  Operation Supervisor responsible for receiving plans, deploying for workers to mix, repack chemicals, manage goods in the warehouse.
• Work closely with the Sales Team, Customer Service team,WH, Delivery, and Factory managers to ensure production runs smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1.     Planning -        Work with Sales,CS Team to get and make the production planning daily, weekly, monthly. -        Make detailed production schedule per day for each process Water base & Solvent Base. -        Use on SAP system & make reports.
• 2.     Production -        Deploying mixing chemicals as planned -        Supervise, manage, train workers to operate according to SOP -        Manage safety, 5S, quality on shopfloor.
• 3. Other duties as assigned by Factory Manager

• Education:        Relevant Bachelors: Chemical engineer background
• Experience      : 3+ years experiences working related to Production Planning, Production Management.                            Working experience in the chemicals industry in chemical company is plus.
• Sex                   :  Male
• Others              :       -       Live in Nhon Trach or Long Thanh -        Understanding of strategy, management and safety -        Ability to co-works and lead Team -        English listening, reading comprehension,and communication skills. -        Computer literate, can use SAP system, excel, powerpoint.
