Operations Management: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end operational processes for storage and fulfillment services.
Build, implement, and optimize operational workflows, SOPs, and service standards to support business growth.
Manage storage records, inventory accuracy, item tracking, and control procedures to ensure proper handling and traceability of stored items.
Monitor operational issues, handle escalations, and implement solutions to improve customer experience and service reliability.
Work closely with the BOD to translate business objectives into operational plans, resource allocation, and execution priorities.
Track operational KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and drive initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

At least 4 years of experience in Operations Management, Storage Operations, or related service operations.
Strong understanding of storage service operations, inventory control, and operational process management.
Proven experience in developing SOPs, standardizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience managing teams or leading operational initiatives is preferred.
