NPI Assistant Team leader ( Trưởng phòng kỹ thuật NPI)

I. DESCRIPTION

• Work with R&D (Korean; China) to review design concept, make DMFEA feedback.
• Design for Manufacturing and Design for Reliability reviews of NPI products/concepts at factory and lead activities to optimize product and process designs.
• Make recommendations for product/process design changes & final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.
• Study existing processes, equipment and fixtures. Find ways to improve by means of product or process redesign.
• Review all NPI phase (ES, DV, PV, and MP1) to make sure stability quality in MP.

• Minimum 2 years in same position.
• Manufacturing Engineering or related degree.
• 5 years of experience in consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leader ship are require.
• Well knowhow in production factory Final Assembly, Test, and Packing
• Data analyze in advance.
• Review QA RT in each NPI phase and give out solution.
• Exceptional communication skills speaking, written and technical communication in English is required; Japanese or Korean language a plus.
• Have knowhow about plastic tooling, metal sheet tooling and manufacture process.
• Have know how about packing parts such as carton box, label,…
