Salary range: 7 - 10 mil

Responsibilities

• Handle product presentations and sales activities
  • Introduce the company
  • Clarify customers’ needs
  • Deliver product presentations
  • Deliver payment options
  • Close sales
• Handle student enrollment
  • Sign up students for courses
  • Arrange payment for courses
  • Check the inquiries
  • Arrange class transfers
  • Arrange school fee refunds
  • Arrange school fee savings
  • Assign classes and level placement for students
  • Follow up outstanding payment of students
• Handle customer care activities
  • Handle customer complaints, customer requests
  • Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
  • Update waiting lists
  • Follow up deposits
  • Do the telesales
  • Email to customers as requested

Qualifications

• Good product knowledge
• Good sales skills; Sales orientation
• College/University graduate is an advantage
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Sales experience, including in counseling, advising and customer service
• Skills
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
  • Strong sales and customer service focus
• Language: English fluency is an advantage
• Computer: Familiar with MS Office
• Other requirements
