- Developing new beverages and innovating current products of Highlands Coffee system-wide and even Franchise (both Domestic and International). Responsible for design, development and execution of new products in assigned categories, includes:
- Research ideas that could be applied to Highlands Coffee, with a primary focus on beverage, food secondary
- Develop and present new beverages offering ideas that will match with Highlands Coffee strategy; formulate, test new recipes and documentary.
- Execute product development projects for beverages from concept to commercialization through influencing cross-functional project teams.
- Monitoring, tracking and organizing of all proposed new product samples, testing, adjustment and present to Board.
- Communicating with other relevant Departments regarding to product specifications of proposed new product.
- Review existing procedures for in-store food preparation and baking; provide suggestions to improve quality and consistency of end-products.
- Demonstrate commitment to providing the highest quality and greatest possible value to our customers, both internal and external.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

* Education/ Training Qualifications:
- Prior Beverage development essential
- Proven ability to create and launch new products essential
- Prior F&B chain experience a plus
* Experience:
- Minimum 2 year experience in service / hospitality;
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing multiple stores or outlets.
* Knowledge of:
- Principles of sanitation and F&B handling to minimize the threat of beverages borne illness; comply with all Board of Health regulations
- Principles of safety and accident prevention.
* Skills (Ability to):
- English & Vietnamese communication (verbal and written)
- Problem solving, creative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple situation simultaneously
- Ability to work with suppliers
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to contribute with innovative ideas
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
