Manage and coordinate the mixing process of PU and PVC materials to produce synthetic leather according to production schedules and specifications.
Supervise the mixing operators and provide guidance and training as needed to ensure the quality of the products and the safety of the personnel.
Monitor the mixing operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure that the materials are mixed in the right proportions and the right consistency.
Ensure that the mixing equipment is clean, well-maintained, and calibrated to produce consistent and high-quality products.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, mixing times, temperatures, and raw materials used.
Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, production planning, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the mixing process and enhance the quality of the products.

Have experience in Mixing process of PU/PVC synthetic leather production
3 years’ experience in the same position
Can communicate in English
Have ability to check color in lightbox and adjust color in mixing
Training skills to train the new and old workers to work in the most efficient way
Have ability to manage workers to improve the efficiency
Have skill to solve the problem thoroughly
Be responsible at work
