Merchandising Operations Assistant

• A. Merchandising Onsite: Listing (from Friday to Cerebro)
• Create products (Sellable, GWP, Bundle) and brands:
• Check and create new brand on Friday.
• Check the information (images, descriptions, template for notification of cosmetic product,...) and ensurethat it is accurate, then create them on the system.
• Changing product information (names, barcodes, RSP and PP prices, images,…).
• Update product information on master data.
• Request to change unit price on SRV VP Form (Omni 01 -> 05).

Visual Onsite

• Checking products displayed on the website are correct and have enough information (images, descriptions, prices,...).
• Stock Action: every Tuesday & Friday.
• Turn off OOS products.
• Open sale of In Stock products.

B. Operation

• Category team: Set price rule & update the information from vendor.
• Store team: product technical support.
• Campaign team: Upload images according to timeline, product technical support
• Demand team: product technical support on friday/cerebro/pacman.
• Customer service team : product technical support on Friday.
• Tech team: give and take feedback about updating system (friday/odoo).

C. Data Management

• Listing form and check code: Check the barcode in the listing form (sent by category team) on Friday&odooto make sure it is not duplicated with a barcode that was previously sold or created in Indo.
• Information retention: template for notification of cosmetic product, images,...
• Master data: Update order information barcode, refcode, purchase price, sell price, margin, vendor, product status, brand status.
• Checking Product declaration expired & send the request list to Category teamfor updatinglatest information from brand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Merchandising, or related fields. 1 years of experience in Product Listing, E-commerce Operations, Merchandising, or Master Data.
• Experience in product data management, including product information, pricing, barcode, images, and product status.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Odoo or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
