Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for the performance of mechanical components, devices.
Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
Responsibilities for specification incoming raw material used in the production of connector jumpers,
kits and finished products.
Responsibilities for lab testing of raw material and finish goods according to specifications.
Responsibilities to implement a quality control plan and corrective action for quality.
Implementing designs and test procedures: testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products.
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
Providing technical advice.
Analyzing and interpreting data.
Identify the quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
Ability to create and follow documented procedures and standards.
Develop, configure and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through to start up and
certification
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of
output.
Technical assurance for production lines.
Deploy, training technical changes from design to the production line.
Check and monitor equipment operating on automation lines.
Report the technical results.
Perform risk assessments.
Ability to keep accurate records.
Writing reports and documentation.

Having a degree in majors in mechanical or ever working experience in mechanical fields.
Candidate must have mechanical major or experiences as a mechanical engineer at least 2 years, plus equivalent 1-year minimum experiences in a quality control role in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform all basic mathematical requirements to handle the job functions of the Quality Assurance Engineer role.
Ability to read and write in English.
Proven work experience in process engineering.
Excellent technical skills.
Knowledge of process related standards.
Good at using Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
