Marketing Team Leader (Retail)

Job Description

This position will manage Marketing Team to:

1. Propose and implement Marketing plan and budget

2. Marketing analysis: market, competitors, products research to set sales policies, sales support for business to increase sales and market share

3. Manage all activities of the Marketing Team, including:

• Digital Marketing
  • Plan, conduct and supervise Digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Adwords, Facebook Marketing, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing…)
  • Create and manage digital marketing tools (google ads, videos, banner online, landing pages, re-marketing, etc.)
  • Analyze and improve performance of all digital marketing campaigns

• Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage Promotion Program: Propose promotion program (product, price, promotion form…), register for promotion program
  • Customer care: Monitor customers' complaints handling and ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
• POST
  • Cooperate with Merchandising Team to complete POST contents, including products, price and position in the POST
  • List out all products in the POST and send to design team for picture taken and design
  • Cooperate with the design team for POST design to make sure it is align with the layout

• Marketing Analysis
  • Measure and assess customer satisfaction
  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs and strategies
  • Collect data of sales on system to analysis sales circumstance and to evaluate merchandising performance on time
  • Research competitors and analyze their prices, sales and method of marketing and distribution

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field
• At least 5 years Marketing experience. Retail experience is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proactive, creative and can work well under high pressure
• Strong leadership
• Quick adapt with market/company strategy change
