Job Descriptions:

• Product study
  • Collect information & study competitor's products
  • Propose market trend & taste of products
  • Study product specification & propose for improvement
  • Follow & update competitors upgrade or new model launching
  • Summarize & make spec comparison. Product report upon required
  • Study the problem & disadvantages of products for solutions to
  • ensure the competitiveness of Teraco products in the market
  • Working with related Dept. at factory for related information
• Market observe
  • Keep relationship with dealers & salesmen to update market info.
  • Monthly collect & update competitors price
  • Monthly collect market/competitor price & other activities
  • Collect new product information in the market
  • Making monthly report
• Sales report & Dealer sales tracking
  • Visit dealers & salesmen to follow dealers situation, obstacles,
  • Collect product feedbacks, customers status,….
  • Monthly making report of dealer sales
  • Follow dealer sales territory, minimum price as per policy
• Dealer Training
  • Making plan of training for dealers
  • Contact suitable trainer for each course & purpose
  • Arrange schedule & preparation according to training
  • Making letter & announcement of training to dealers
  • Making report of training
• Dealer Policy
  • Propose & write sales policy (Quarterly, operation policy)
  • Write letter to dealers or related partners upon required
• Corporate Identity (CI)
  • Follow Dealer CI as standard
  • Remind Dealer & inform manager in case of CI violation
  • Contact agency to equip appropriate CI
  • Follow Dealer signboard construction
• POSM control
  • Making plan of POSM usage
  • In charge of making all POSM, give-away gifts & others
  • Dealing with agency for making POSM
  • Follow & control POSM stock
  • Prepare PO plan
  • Control, arrange & deliver POSM to dealer
  • Collect Dealer report about POSM
• Digital & PR [Supporting function]
  • Support team for PR - Digital planning & execution
  • Support team to prepare content for all materials upon request
• Event
  • CSR [Supporting function]
  • Join & organizing events, exhibition, activation for trucks
  • Join & organizing CSR activities

Job Requirements:

• University graduation
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Excellent in Vietnamese & English language (spoken & written),
• writing skill is very important
• Knowledge about automotive industry, dealer relationship,
• familiar to product specifications,...
• Strong skill of analysis, statistics and building reports
• Experience in market research, market analysis
• Good at PR, Digital, building content… is a big plus
• Experience about training is highly preferred
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Strong at Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Young, passionate & enthusiatic, active, creative & team-work
• Design skills: photoshop, illustrator is a plus
