Marketing Executive

• Implement effective paid digital advertising campaigns to attract qualified prospects with cost-effective strategies across Facebook, Google and other paid advertising platforms.
• Proactively develop and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance
• Familiar with GA, GA4 for tracking and researching analytics and user behaviors to identify areas of opportunity and improvement pull required data for campaign reports
• Develop a long term SEO plan to increase keyword rankings and organic search traffic in US immigration categories
• Monitor, evaluate results and make weekly/monthly report to Marketing Manager, General Manger and CEO
• Follow instruction and perform other marketing duties as requested by CEO/Managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years of digital marketing experience with managing paid social media campaigns
• Proficiency in the English language is a must
• Extensive hands-on experience managing paid & organic search campaigns with SEM including SEO, Paid & Organic Search, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Email Marketing, YouTube
• A good using of WordPress is required
• Able to use Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Having experience in immigration field is a plus
• Preferred experience: Marketing experience in the luxury product industry with a target audience of high-end customers. Premium / luxury brand orientation;

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
• Working together with internal team to develop new strategies and marketing campaign
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, FB Ads, Online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
