Market Researcher

Performance objectives:

1. Develop a general overview of key markets and find potential real estate projects which can get opportunities for the Company’s products through research of various sources, data entry of key relevant info, and analysis.2. Ensure all Project Information is updated in CRM and all agreed sources of information have been researched (including internal sources from divisions). Ensure that all Project Information has been validated and confirmed.

Information must include Value, Project start date, End date…3. Follow up and ensure sale teams of different divisions often update their opportunities with stage -Qualified on time and correctly in CRM with correct information: Competitors, Products, Value, and Reasons…4. Responsible for checking monthly bonus for sale team at the end of month.5.

Manage and monitor the input of data into the system including:- Directly entering data where appropriate- Monitoring input activities of sales staff and noting where activity is low or high. - Monitor data input for:+ Accuracy+ Completeness+ Timeliness6. Collect the feedback from users when using the system and then report it to improve CRM7.

Collect new real estate projects every Week8. Train and assist new and existing staff on the use of the CRM 

Requirements:

• Proficient 4 skills in English
• Experience in market research and analysis is a huge advantage
• Good knowledge of statistical packages, databases, search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
• Fast learner and willing to learn
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask and manage time effectively
