(Senior) Market & Product Researcher

We are a tech company in district 2, specialized in education (one of our 3 projects is hocmai.vn). We are looking for a (SENIOR) MARKET & PRODUCT RESEARCHER who has skills and experience in researching digital products (preferably edutech, ecommerce, fintech products) and researching the market to see which companies should be invested in (hence experience in investment fund is a big plus).

• Plan and implement research of customers, competitors, products and market trends to help the Company determine its position in the marketplace

• Analyze, synthesize data on potential customers' needs & interests as well as prices, sales, designs, marketing methods of competitors’ products to support the decision-making process (on strategy, product design, pricing, promotion and distribution channels)

• Create and develop databases from Market Research activities to make Market Research plans (product/service objectives, timing and budget) for strategic planning and future use

• Work closely with other departments (tech team, content team, product team...) to propose changes in products/services and the effective way to approach customers

• Conduct research on certain types of companies in the market to help Galaxy Education plans its investment activities and partnerships towards the most suitable companies

• Bachelor degree or Master degree (in Statistics, Investment, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or relevant fields)

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in market research. Working for investment funds or edu-tech, ecommerce, fintech companies is a big plus

• Experience on market research or data collection methods (such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.) and development of research tools, data collection management, data processing & analysis, and report writing

• Data driven, strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Good social skills and organizational ability

• Experienced in working with tech teams and all departments within a company

• Strong in planning & presentation (both in English and Vietnamese)
