Legal Research Executive

1. General Information

• Job title: Legal Research Executive

• Location: 21, Street No.6, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, HCMC

• Working hours: (7h/day): Monday - Friday (9:00 - 17:30)

• Salary Range: 8.000.000 - 15.000.000

2. Responsibilities

• Research & continuously update new laws, new regulations from around 20 countries then report to Line Manager.

• Regularly review compliance & audit process to ensure its accuracy and suitability of these international law at particular regions.

• Be responsible for drafting legal materials & organizing training courses about products & processes for related departments.

• Write documents for the company's internal Wiki legal system

• Assist Marketing Department in reviewing the content's legality and deal with authorized issues

3. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably in International Law

• At least 1 year of working experience in relevant positions

• Fluent in English

• Comprehensive reading, analytical, presentation skills

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

4. Benefits
