- Oversee the company’s overall compliance with laws and regulations in Vietnam
- Provide legal and regulatory advice and support to business functions in Vietnam, including obtaining licenses, managing the registrations with authorities, handling the enquires and inspection of authorities
- Draft or conduct legal review of, the company’s contracts, documentation, and marketing materials
- Work with Regional Legal Team and other in-house legal teams to ensure successful operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to ensure global consistency with corporate policies and procedures
- Work with Regional and Corporate Compliance Teams on the company’s compliance programs or initiatives, such as the compliance with the Global Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery Policy, the Codes of Conduct, and the Third Party Due Diligence.
- Oversee and enhance the company’s internal processes for the purpose of managing the legal and regulatory risks
- Provide legal and compliance training to staff and management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in law or other related areas.
- Good experience law background.
- Have at least 5 years of experience at a similar level.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is essential.
- Good experience in dealing and working with authorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to manage and lead a team.
- Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
