HCM - Legal Manager 2000$-3000$

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from University, Bachelor of Law.
• At least 5 years’ Legal - Compliance in Construction/Real Estate Company
• 2 years’ working as Legal Manager.
• Advanced English communication.
• Have Practicing Certificate for Lawyers

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Heads of Department to build Contract and Agreement Templates between the company and suppliers, investors, or partners.
• Carry out Legal due diligence related to bidding, design - construction contracts, economic contracts, M&A, etc.
• Participate in the negotiation and drafting of contracts as assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Provide legal advisory to the Board of Directors and other departments (investment, M&A, finance, accounting, debt recovery); support bidding process in terms of legal procedures.
• Participate in applying for construction permits, inspection, and as - built.
• Organize and consult regulations by reviewing/adjusting the system of regulations, processes, regulations, internal rules, policies.
