Lab Technician – Food Microbiology Lab (6 Months)

• You will also act as the Member of Laboratory Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will test product standard and managing the day-to-day in Laboratory.
• Perform microbiological testing according to approved standards and procedures.
• Operate, maintain, and verify laboratory equipment; ensure timely calibration.
• Prepare and manage media, chemicals, reagents, and consumables to support laboratory operations.
• Control inventory, stock records, and storage of laboratory materials in compliance with safety requirements.
• Record and maintain test data and quality documents in accordance with ISO 17025.
• Participate in method development and validation as assigned.
• Prepare regular testing reports and perform other duties assigned by the Lab Assistant Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred
• Ability to operate analytical instruments in a laboratory environment
• Basic understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory quality management systems
• Basic English communication skills (B level or equivalent)
• Proactive, a good team player, and able to work independently
