KOL Livestream Planner, Marketing - Shopee

1.Livestream Operation & Execution

• Coordinate, and execute marathon livestreams featuring Tier-1 KOLs and celebrities.
• Facilitate seamless communication with MCNs to ensure content quality, smooth operations, and high audience engagement.
• Standby during livestream & support lead to take action promptly to optimize real time performance
• Support in compiling performance reports and suggesting areas for improvement

2. Stakeholder Partnerships: 

• Support to build and maintain collaborative relationships with MCNs, supporting mutual growth and brand alignment on Livestream and Shopee content ecosystem (i.e. Shopee Video, Meta and Youtube Shopping).
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align livestream initiatives with platform campaigns and business priorities 

3. Ad-hoc task: 

• Assist the Line Manager on strategic initiatives and research related to KOLs, MCNs, or livestream trends

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, agency, livestreaming, or communication roles)
• Strong interest in creator growth and management across social and e-com platforms, digital content, and livestream commerce. 
• Passionate, growth-oriented, and eager to take ownership
•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)
