We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to develop the Professional Trade Channel, be responsible to manage and lead dealer network to maximize of sales Prof Trade Portfolio to small & medium size Contractors.

You’ll be part of the Signify Prof Trade & VAP team in Vietnam and its responsibilities are to secure and deliver Professional Lighting Projects, so technical background and sales mindset  must be in your DNA. 

What you’ll do

• Manage a group of Professional Trade dealers and help them to develop tier-2 network to go to market
• Forecast demand with Supply Chain team and follow order of partner and forecast
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Value Added Partners to find opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing team to build loyalty program for Contractor
• Deliver yearly sales target

What you’ll need

• Bachelor degree with a major in electrical engineering or related disciplines.
• A passionate, driven individual who enjoys sales and customer service
• Prior experience managing distributors/wholesalers will be highly regarded
• Have proven sales capability selling through retail, distributors or FMCG networks
• An ability to learn the features of products is critical, with prior lighting knowledge advantageous but not essential
• A strong communicator with well-developed negotiation skills across all levels of an organisation
• A natural collaborator and have a demonstrated capacity to work in a matrix environment
