Role overview

KOL Key Account Management Lead to develop and execute high-impact strategies that drive business growth through influencer partnerships. This role demands a strong strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage key relationships to maximize platform performance.

Key responsibilities:

● Strategic Growth & Planning: Define and implement KOL strategies that align with business objectives, driving engagement and conversion across social, video, and live channels.

● High-Impact Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage top-tier KOL relationships, ensuring long-term collaboration and sustainable growth.

● Performance & Optimization: Leverage data insights to continuously refine KOL engagement models, optimizing for A1, ADO, and other key business KPIs.

● Cross-Functional Presence: Work closely with stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize the impact of KOL strategies across business functions.

● Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing KOL management team, fostering a results-driven culture. (Lead a team of > 10 HCs)

Yêu cầu

• 4+ years in Affiliate Management, KOL/Influencer Management, or Content/Creator Partnerships, with direct ownership of top-tier partner relationships
• Strategic thinking, solid stakeholder management & resources allocation skills.
• People leadership: led teams of 10+, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into team-level execution.
• Comfortable owning KPI targets (traffic, conversion, or equivalent growth metrics) and being accountable for the business outcome, not just the reporting
• Affiliate or content industry background
• Experience across multiple platforms (gives direct insight into competitor incentive structures)
• BI/data tooling fluency for spotting early churn signals
