Junior/ Senior Document Controller 1 (Khanh Hoa)

Job description:

• Establish documentation support for starting project such as document numbering system, document control procedure, matrix distribution, project stamp and template of documents.
• Register incoming / outgoing documents & drawings either from/to client or from/to vendors or contractor.
• Input and maintain all documents native and pdf file on the project database system, as well as the hardcopy files in a user friendly format.
• Manage and prepare external transmittals using system and manually for interface with Client and others party.
• Manage Project Database for Engineering documents.
• Manage Vendor Database for Vendor documents.
• Ensure all documents are filed to reflect latest updates.
• Maintain a secure filing system for active documents, inactive and superseded including document history information.

Career Level: 

• 3 years of related working experience in running construction project for power plant and utilities.

• Qualification:

• Senior High School / Cert / Diploma.

Faculty/Major:

• Document control or equivalent.

• Education:

• Senior High School / Cert / Diploma.

Language skills: 

• Understanding English spoken or written by non-native speaker.

2. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Email writing & etc).
