JOB DUTIES
 Report to Japanese Manager (male, 40s)
 Team size in Japan: 2 the company members including this position and one English-speaking Salesforce developer
 Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project
- Translate, analyze and transfer customer’s requests to project team members during whole development process
- Consult and propose solutions about system to the client; prepare detailed requirement contents
- Control project schedule and report progress status to customers, especially delivery milestones
- Control all inbound/outbound materials (documents, source codes…)
- Monitor translation progress of received materials as well as deliverables
- Develop and perform test cases to verify deliverables

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to N2)
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience, 3+ years of developing experience (any language), 3+ years working as BSE
 Desirable Characters:
