Position:  Japanese speaking - Customer Support Staff / Leader - Manufacturing

Responsibility

1. Customer Service Supervisor (Leader):  

・Manage Customer Service team (work assignment, personnel management, team building, training ..)

・Report: Synthesize detailed reports to send to Japan periodically, summarize claims and give consulting to the Director and HQ in Japan

・Work with other departments (contracts, complaints, import and export, etc.)

・Support to deploy new software system for customers (orders management software)

2. Customer Service Staff:

・Receive orders from customers and manage orders.

・Make order plan with the other departments (purchasing, production, delivery,...) 

• Working location: Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province
• Monthly Salary: 700～1,500USD

Requirements

・Gender: Any. Age: From 23 - 45 years old 

・Bachelor Degree

・Experience & Languages: 

• *With supervisor:

•  + At least 5 years of experience in Sales support/Customer Service and 2 years at leader position

•  + Japanese business level (N2 above) and English intermediate level

• *With staff:

 + At least 1 years of experience in import - export/ purchasing/ customer service 

 + Japanese business level (~N2) and English conversational level

・Good at MS Office and Computer

・Good at communication and negotiation skill・

・Good at working under pressure 

・Enthusiasm, long-term commitment 

・Working experience in garment industry is preferable 

・Preferably in FTU, ULIS, HNU,...

・Can start working as soon as possible
