Position: HR Staff

Responsibility 

・Prepare and manage all relevant HR documents, including recruitment arrangements, CV screening, interview appointments, etc., according to your recruitment plan.

・Coordinate with agents or third parties to advance recruitment plans 

・Prepare any documents relating to HR registration / reports to authorities as applicable regulations. 

・Cooperate with other departments to support all Staffs on all HR issues. 

・Manage payroll task 

・Support for visas, work permits, residence card acquisition procedures, rent contracts, etc. 

・Office facilities management and supplies 

・Manage paperwork 

・Booking hotel, restaurant, air ticket… 

・Supporting in Japanese related jobs 

・Other related tasks assigned by Manager

• Working location: Dist.1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 700～1000 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Bachelor degree - Japanese or related Admin/ HR 

・Gender: Female 

・Age: 25 - 35 years old 

・Having working experience as a HR any industry more than 3 years 

・Language: Japanese Business Level (at least having N2) 

Preferable Skill / Experience

・English Business level 

・Understand construction Industry (Have hiring task for many Engineer positions) 

・Can handle multi- tasks 

・Having working experience in Japanese Real Estate company
