IT Support Executive (Worksing Shift)

1. Job Description
- Performing Start Of Day (SOD), End Of Day (EOD) task. Perform all checking and troubleshooting task before supermarket opening and closing.
- Monitoring and maintenance the operation of systems: POS, Weight scale, HHT, Data Transfer ( COMM server ), AD, BACKUP, LAN.
- Supporting Users all the problems about IT ( computer, printer, telephone, MS office, internet, emails,…)
- Report weekly to IT Manager and when receiving issues.

2. Responsibilities
- Make sure data is downloaded and uploaded from core system.
- Make sure the data is uploaded from POS to core system.
- Make sure the problems are solved fast ( about 30 minutes ) about troubleshooting and replacing by backup devices. If -there are issues about the SW/ HW, need to request warranty from vendor/ supplier.
- Do supporting users about IT problems.
- Report immediately to IT Manager when receive an issue/ problem, contact with all related vendors to deal problem.

3. Job requirements:

• Graduate in University/ College in IT.
  - At least 2 years of experience in IT support. Supporting in Retail is advantage.
  - Knowledge in POS system.
  - Knowledge in Cisco: Spanning Tree, Vlan, VTP, VPN, OSPF, EIGRP, Trouble shoot.
  - Knowledge in installing and operating system Windows server 2008 R2: install and maintain server as DNS, DHCP, Domain, Mail Exchange.
  - Knowledge in installing and operating system Linux: install and maintain Samba server, Mail Server, FTP, DNS, DHCP, Snort, Squid Proxy.
  Operating systems: Windows 7/8/10/13, Linux Centos.
  - Knowledge in Hardware, Software, Vmware, Powershell.
  - Intermediate in English.
  - Good communication skills.
  - High responsibility, team work.

• 4. Working time:

• 48/ hours/ week on shift ( works on Sat, Sun : 50% of month ).
  - Work shift: 8 hours ( 7:00 am – 4:00 pm / 2:00 pm -11:00 pm, 1 hour for break time ).
  - Working over time when required.
