HSE Officer (Oversea based)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Site HSE officer will report to Site HSE Manager
• The site HSE officer will support site HSE manager for introducing and implementing all site HSE regulations in cooperation with the customer’s occupational HSE staff in day to day activities.
• He assumes responsibility on behalf of the site HSE manager for observance of the local and site-specific occupational health and safety regulations as well as their implementation.
• Should have the ability to independently perform daily site inspections, make HSE observation reports, conduct HSE trainings( in both Local Vietnamese Language as well in English)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Working Oversea
• Degree in engineering, with NEBOSH or equivalent recognized qualifications in HSE with minimum 7 years of experience .
• OR
• Diploma in engineering, with NEBOSH or equivalent recognized qualification in HSE with minimum 10 years of experience
• This experience should be relevant to construction industry pertaining to refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertiliser plants etc, with European contractors
