HRBP Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Planning work
• Participate in the AOP process as deployed by functional units.
• Consult and support BU Heads in converting operational and business needs into workforce plans (headcount, people cost, recruitment, training).
• Headcount Management
• Monitor and report headcount status (quantity, quality, fulfillment) to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Advise BU Heads and HR management on recruitment, layoffs, promotions, and workforce rotation.
• Employee Relations
• Identify and address issues impacting employee relations.
• Implement initiatives to maintain a positive and sustainable working environment.
• Participate in disciplinary investigations and grievance handling.
• Mediate labor disputes and conduct exit interviews.
• HR Programs
• Act as the HR focal point for assigned business units.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and programs.
• Gather employee feedback to improve HR initiatives.
• Labor Productivity
• Collect and analyze labor productivity data.
• Recommend solutions to improve workforce productivity.
• Other Responsibilities
• Support KPI setting and performance evaluation.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience
• At least  4 years of HR experience , including  2 years in an HRBP role ; experience in a manufacturing/plant environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and performance management.
• Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Sound knowledge of HR functions, including Labor Law, C&B, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
