- San Miguel Brewing Vietnam Company Limited (SMBVCL), a member of San Miguel Brewing International, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and partner closely with business leaders in driving organizational excellence.

- Key Responsibilities
- As HR Manager, you will lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including:
- Human Resource Strategy and Business Partnership
- Organization Design and Workforce Planning
- Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
- Performance Management
- Learning and Leadership Development
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Payroll Management
- Employee Engagement and Culture Development
- Employee and Labor Relations
- Compliance with Vietnam Labor Laws and HR Regulations
- HR Policies, Governance, and Process Improvement
- Administrative and Support Services
- Security and Workplace Support Functions
- You will work closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs support both operational excellence and long-term business growth.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in a managerial role.
- Strong background in end-to-end Human Resources Management.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, food, or other fast-paced organizations is highly preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam Labor Code and related employment regulations.
- Solid knowledge across all major HR disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
