HR Manager

• As HR Manager, you will manage the four factories in Binh Duong.
• Promote operation and penetration based on the internal HR rule.
• Management of two HR staff (late 30s, female).
• Coordination of HR activities involving executive decisions and projects.
• Contact, consult and report to General Manager.

• Business English Skill for communicating with Japanese managers.
• Working experience as HR manager at least 3 years.
• Person who can work under high pressure with strong self-reliance and control Vietnamese staff.
• Person who can supervise human resources according to the rules set by the company.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under high pressure.

Japanese

• English is much more important.
• If you can speak Japanese, but you can't speak English, you can not apply this position.
