- Plan and implement internal communication activities to promote Shinhan’s corporate culture, core values, and working principles
- Develop and implement creative programs to promote internal programs and corporate culture activities, encourage employee participation, and strengthen teamwork and engagement across Shinhan
- Organize corporate culture programs, internal events, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive and connected working environment
- Act as a trainer in internal training sessions to deliver and promote Shinhan’s Corporate Culture and values to employees
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the effective implementation of internal activities and events
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3–4 years of experience in Internal Communication, Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, or event management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in public speaking and presenting in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect and engage employees across the organization
