Head of Marketing Dept

Job Description

• Managing all marketing activities for the company and reporting to Business Operation Director.
• Develop marketing strategy by studying technological and financial opportunities: presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
• Overseeing all marketing budget.
• Communicating and periodically reporting marketing performance to Marketing Division of the regional headquarter in Singapore.
• Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
• Building and developing a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient.

Job Requirements

• Have Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Marketing/Commerce/Business Administration, MBA holder preferred
• A minimum of 10 year-experience within a marketing role in B2B industry.
• Experience of organization management at multinational /global firm
• Excellent both verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
• Knowledge of market data segmentation, targeting, and developing strategy.
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames.
• Highly organized, strong time management and analytical skills.
• Able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
• Business intelligence

• PC skill: Proficient Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
