■Job Description: 

• Site Manager Support
• Management of budget estimates, project management (safety, quality, progress), quotation for design of small and medium-sized projects (ability to work independently)
• Manage progress and deadlines for project handover
• Supervise subcontractors on site
• Communicating and coordinating with customers and subcontractors
• Knowledge of construction standards, fire protection standards and electrical equipment standards of Vietnam
• Safety training for workers according to Vietnamese hygiene and safety standards
• Knowledge of Vietnam's Law on Occupational Safety and Health
• Skills to report, communicate and discuss in a timely manner with superiors.
• High interpersonal communication skills
• Training, directing subordinates, engineers
• Can work on site

■ Requirement: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the position of electrical or mechanical construction and 2 years of site supervision at construction sites
• Intermediate level of English
• Site management skills
• Quality management skills
• Safety management skills
• Code management skills - costs
• Have good computer knowledge and use, especially good at AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Good planning and organization skills

• Male , Age: 30 - 40
• Having worked in a Japanese company
