Growth Marketing Executive

• 1. Campaign Execution & In-store Support (Core Responsibility)
• Support the execution of in-store campaigns (promotion, seasonal campaigns, activations, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Design, etc.) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as planned.
• Track and consolidate basic performance of in-store campaigns (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, etc.).
• Support issue tracking during execution and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

2. POSM & Store Communication

• Support the implementation, production, and in-store execution of POSM across the store network.
• Ensure POSM is deployed according to guidelines, on time, and in the correct quantity at each store.
• Support maintaining brand consistency and communication standards at retail stores.
• Assist in improving in-store visual execution to enhance customer attraction.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or equivalent roles.
• Prior experience in campaign execution or in-store activation is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of offline customer behavior and retail store operations.
• Ability to consolidate and report performance based on basic data.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, fast-moving, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support daily work is a plus.
