Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear KPIs and driving high performance.
Expand and strengthen distribution networks across Retail, Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), Corporate Sales, and Distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns, brand activation programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to recommend effective business strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis for the Executive Management Team.
Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of the Company's commercial strategy.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Sales Management, preferably within the Wine, Spirits, Beverage, FMCG, Retail Distribution, or F&B industries.
Proven track record in developing and managing distribution channels and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Strong network within the wine industry, HORECA, retail chains, distributors, or key accounts is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
