Financial Planning Analyst [TIMO]

• Prepare actual vs budget/ forecast/ rolling forecast of financial reports and other Ad-hoc management reports. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections and operating forecast.
• Build strong partnership with budget owner divisions to understand budgeting needs and provide advice on budget plans. Review and analyze monthly forecasts and analyze budgeting variance.
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
• Collaborate with Accounting department to implement control over revenue/costs.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields. CPA/ACCA/CFA student will be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years' relevant financial experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting and data interpretation of business impact and results.
• Good logical thinking ability, in-depth analytical ability, strong numbers senses.
• High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to learn new concepts and tasks quickly, detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressured environment.
• Good communication in English both spoken and written skills.
